When I worked for a large corporation, I went to work feeling behind before I started.  I was tired, but I’d never admit it.  I made sure it looked like I had it all together—managing patients, leadership demands, and being a wife and mom holding down the home fort. 

But inside I was thinking, “There has got to be more than this. This can’t be my entire life.” 

Thoughts were swirling, and I could not make them stop.  I was paralyzed by indecision.

Until I hired a physician coach. 

Through coaching, I had so many “aha” moments.  I was holding on to so many limiting beliefs—that work must be hard to be worthwhile.  That money and financial security are more important than happiness.  And if something made me happy there was no way I could make money at it.

I learned from the best leaders in the industry and have worked with numerous physicians to heal imposter syndrome, to learn how to handle conflicts with nursing and other physicians, and to take the “hell” out of the electronic medical record.
